Avenue 48 is the place where every day a dream comes true.
The location was designed by architects renowned and decorated according with the most actual trends of the moment: “concrete interior design”. The vintage style blends perfectly with the modern and futuristic one, completed by the glow of the impressive lumps, creating a unique effect.
The surface of the venue is over 1,600 square meters, which means we can host events with 2,000 people standing, 800 people at dinner events and a minimum of 250 people sitting at tables.
In addition, the terrace is spectacular! We created a space of over 700 square meters, which can be decorated according to the preferences of each client.
Regardless of the type of party and the arrangement of the hall, the total area allows the organization of the most spectacular private, business or corporate events. For the convenience of our guests, we offer a private car park with over 120 seats, secured during the event, plus many other facilities that we invite you to discover.
